Air Transport

Rail/River Transport

$500 per entry / $1,000 per year

Road Transport

Single Customs Payment (YBT)

If you exceed the duty-free limit, you pay a simplified Single Customs Payment (YBT):

  • 30% of the excess value, OR
  • $3 per kg of excess weight
  • Whichever is higher

Mobile Phone Import

Special rules and IMEI registration

Mandatory Declaration

All mobile devices must be declared at customs. Failure to declare results in a 30% duty fee during IMEI registration.

  • Maximum 2 devices per entry for personal use
  • 3rd device and above: commercial import rules apply
  • IMEI registration fee: 20% of BCU per device
  • Register at uzimei.uz within 30 days
